This day is also observed around the world as International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day.
Sadly all of mine are in doggie heaven, but I have lots of family + friends that have some precious furry friends.
I had purchased these dome lids + cups for some valentine treats and well, as you know with some craft supplies, you end up having to buy more than you need...fear not...I have found another way to use them, hahaha!
I whipped these adorable treat cups up for some of them this morning. 100% inspired by Laura Kelly! (I have spent all morning looking for her post to share and it is as if it *poof* disappeared. I feel like her website is getting an update maybe? I can not find anything I found on it yesterday evening.)
This is the EASIEST homemade dog treat. It takes about 10 minutes to mix up and then just bake! So easy peasy.
2 1/2 cups Gluten-free flour
1 Egg
1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Honey
Use an electric mixer and mix well, roll into the desired shape or use cookie cutters, and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Items used:
Cricut Maker 3 (any die-cut machine or good old scissors will get the job done!)
Cut’n’Boss machine (for embossing)
Glue gun + glue sticks
